Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty Policy (3-Year) — Kavker
Effective Date: December 23, 2025
Kavker (“we,” “us,” “our”) stands behind the quality of our lighting fixtures, including chandeliers, pendant lights, and wall lights sold through kavker.com in the United States.
This Limited Warranty explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request warranty service.
1) Warranty Period
Kavker provides a 3-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery (as shown by the carrier’s tracking record).
This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product purchased on kavker.com and is not transferable unless required by applicable law.
2) What This Warranty Covers
Under normal residential use, this warranty covers manufacturing defects in:
- fixture body/structure and welded joints
- canopy/ceiling plate and mounting components supplied by Kavker
- electrical components supplied with the fixture (e.g., internal wiring, driver/transformer where applicable)
- finishes that peel or blister due to a manufacturing issue (not due to cleaning chemicals or environment)
If a defect is confirmed, Kavker will, at our option:
- provide replacement parts, or
- repair the product, or
- offer a replacement unit (same model or a comparable substitute if discontinued), or
- issue a refund (typically if repair/replacement is not practical)
3) What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, or minor variations in color/finish
- Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, or failure to follow installation instructions
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, fire, flooding, or other external causes
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair by anyone other than Kavker-approved service
- Issues caused by incompatible dimmers, voltage irregularities, power surges, or incorrect power supply
- Products used in commercial, rental, or industrial environments (unless we explicitly agree in writing)
- Light bulbs and other consumable items, and normal bulb performance (unless the bulb is integrated and explicitly covered by the product specifications)
- Any issue where the product has been installed and then damaged during removal/reinstallation not related to a manufacturing defect
4) Relationship to the 30-Day Return Policy
- If your product arrives with an issue or you change your mind, please review our Return & Refund Policy (30 days).
- The warranty is intended for defects that arise during the warranty period and is separate from the 30-day return window.
5) How to Request Warranty Service
To start a warranty claim, email info@kavker.com and include:
- Order number
- Product name/model (or link to the product page)
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos (and short video if applicable), including:
- the full fixture
- close-ups of the defect
- the ceiling mount/canopy area if the issue involves installation or stability
- any labels/markings on drivers/transformers (if present)
Please keep the original packaging whenever possible. For some claims, we may request the item (or a component) be returned for inspection.
6) Time to Respond & Resolution Timeline
We typically respond within 1–2 business days after receiving the required information.
Resolution time depends on parts availability and shipping, but we aim to complete most warranty cases as quickly as reasonably possible.
7) Shipping & Costs for Warranty Claims
- If the issue is confirmed as a covered defect, replacement parts are generally shipped at no cost within the United States.
- If a return shipment is required for inspection, we will provide instructions (and when applicable, a prepaid label) after the claim is approved.
- If inspection shows the issue is not covered, the customer may be responsible for shipping or service costs before any additional action is taken.
8) Installation & Safety Notes
For safety and performance, we strongly recommend:
- installation by a licensed electrician (especially for chandeliers and hardwired fixtures)
- confirming your home wiring and wall/ceiling structure can support the fixture’s weight
- using compatible dimmers when dimming is supported
Damage caused by incorrect installation or incompatible electrical systems is not covered.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kavker is not responsible for:
- labor costs for installation/removal
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as property damage beyond the product itself), unless required by law
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.
